Are 225/40/18's alright for fronts?

Default Are 225/40/18's alright for fronts?

The rears are 245/40/18 and tirerack says those are ok. The wheel are KMC's, and I don't know the width but they aren't real wide. Thanks

What kinda car is it?

If it's and f-body like most cars on this site, then they will work fine but your handling will suffer a little and also the tire is fairly short.

IMO they will look too small.

Yeah it's a 97 F body. Thanks for the input. The 225 and 245 is the width right?

Those tires are WAY too short. They measure in at a 24.0 inch tire when the factory size is closer to 25.7. A 235/40 would be a better bet because they measure at 25.3 which is still a bit smaller but not 2 inches smaller.
