Default Hoosier Dirt Bozz tires

I have a buddy that races stock cars, and has a bunch of the Dirt Bozz tires from Hoosier. Would these work on my car for 1/8 mile runs?

I think they are 15" tires, that fit an 8" wide rim. He has both soft and medium compound ones i could grab for nothing.

Maybe....In my opinion, they're designed for going around corners, so they wont "wrinkle" and grow the contact patch as much as a drag tire, but the compound is probably a lot softer than a street tire.

i have seen people run the and get good traction. But they have a really hard side wall so if you have some good hp might not work out for you. But will be better then srteet tires

I need to get some wide 5 adapters for my car, I have some 14" and 15" wide aluminum beadlock weld wheels that I use on my Dirt Big Block modified. The left rear hoosiers we run are about 18 inches wide, those should hook pretty good, LOL
