Default Mickey Thompson Sportsman Front Tires

I got a good deal on some Mickey Thompson Sportsman Front Tires they are 26'' x 7.5'' - 15''LT i got them in 4 ply. My car i am guessing weighs right around 3800. Will i have a problem with them??

No, aslong as you don't dd with them. 3800# is heavy.

It wont be DD but i will drive them on the street every once and a while!!

You dont want to run bias ply and radials at the same time is what I heard.

Should be fine, just be careful when the roads are wet. They will not be as fast at the racetrack because of the rolling resistance and weight, but should have no problems just cruising the streets.

I had 2 new 4plys on my Z28 and under 2k miles of everyday street use they are gone!!! The 4 ply are made for lighter cars. Do they say 2ply 2ply= 4ply or 4ply 4ply =8ply? 8plys will last longer. you would be ok for everyday street use. I got caught in a few storms and they were fine. I drove on them for a month in all condition and had no problems what so ever other then them wearing out fast. Mine said 2ply 2ply which means 4ply
new they came with the wheels i bought
