Default Goodyear GS-D3 or Michelin PS2

I'm gonna be buying some new tires (not for the track) and these are my 2 choices unless you recommend something else. Out of the two which one is better? Thanks guys.

I have the PS2s and they really surprised me. Once they are heated up they really hook like a **** on the street. I definitely recommend!

Goodyears. They were the best tire I ever had on the TA. Sticky and handled great when wet. Got 25,000 miles out of them.

Well i would say look at the Goodyear Eagle Asymmetrical it the predecessor of the GSD3. I have not driven on them yet but they are suppose to be crazy good tires for wet and dry.

I'll check them out. Personally I have been leaning toward the ps2's because of reviews but the price is making me back off a little.

Both are great tires. You can't go wrong either way.

Depends on how you drive. PS2 might last a little longer if you take it easy on the set.

i sell michelins, and i guarantee u will be happy with them. they are the smoothest and quietest tire in its class, plus the handling on them is un real. they are not a straight line traction tire they are designed for auto cross and what not. thats why i hate when people say on here that they arent good for launching and what not, well duh they arent made for drag racing. they are based off there f1 tires. they are worth every penny if u can afford them. im not knocking the goodyears, i think that the gs-d3 is the best tire goodyear makes hands down.

I have been impressed with my PS2's so far, though I only have driven about 2,000 miles on them.

Well I got a chance to finally drive on some Goodyear Eagle Asymmetrical which is replacing the GSD3 in theory. It is awesome a little louder then the PS2s but the grip makes up for it. The hold a line perfect and their grip doesn't fade as they get heated up. I didn't drive in the wet but I know from people who have that they are supposed to be just as good in rain. Everyone I know loves them and says they'll never switch back and that the wet traction blows every other tire out the water. I love the PS2s and was very skepitical of this tire but I'm impressed. My dad is putting them on his Challenger I will write up a more in depth review when they are on.
