All explained over the phone but for those reading 1998s had different warning lights among other things. If you plug a 1998 in a 1999+ and vice versa it will smoke as soon as you turn the key forward, I know from experiences (plural)...

They don't "make" them, they just reprogram your original cluster. Which means you mail it to them, and they mail it back.
