Default fog light and headlight problem

my fog lights dont turn on neither of them do, the switch doesnt even light up. i checked the fuses, changed the switch, and swapped the fog lamp relay and nothing am i missing something. also my left t/a headlight doesnt go up, it doesnt make and grinding noise and i dont even hear the motor turn, but the headlight goes on but doesnt come up. this all happened after i moved my fuse boxes under the hood because i dropped something and the red cap that comes the big + fell off and it touched the frame and sparked really quick

So you changed out the switch to turn them on inside and put a new fog light fuse in the fuse box under the hood correct?

There is no fog light fuse under the hood... in fact, there is no fog light fuse. The fog lights are protected by the TAIL LPS fuse in the dash fuse panel. If that is okay (test it, don't just inspect visually) then the next step is to test for power at the relay socket in junction box #1 under the hood. The brown wire at the relay should have power whenever the parking lights or headlights are on. The yellow wire should have power when the lights are on and the fog light switch is on.

BTW, you don't have the high beam headlights on? The fog lights don't work with the high beams.

The Firebird fog light switch powers its ON indicator light from the output side of the relay under the hood - it's not just an indicator of power getting to the switch. So the indicator light not working doesn't help with diagnosing the problem at all. The indicator light in the switch doesn't light up because the fog lights aren't on... something we already knew.

Did you check the wires at the relay as suggested? If so, what did you find?
