Default radar detector

What do you guys think of the Passport 7500? I have one, and it seems to pick up a lot of mixed signals, and doesn't seem to have that great of 360* detection. It's saved me a time or two, but its gotten me in some **** too...haha... I knew I shoulda shelled out the extra $200 and got the V1.. oh well, I'll sell this one and buy the V1 sometime soon... but give me you opinions, and if you have it let me know how your's works.. Ive often thought passport gave me a dud.

I'm selling the passport to fix my mistake(not getting the V1), but still would like to know if anyone has the 7500...

You asked about alternatives and opinions, so I posted a link to a thread where many others have discussed this. Sorry for trying to help.

I don't like and Fuzz Buster in every situation that I've been in it either gives me mixed signals or it alerts me when I already know they have me gunned. If you think about it, its going to go off when their laser or gun is on you so when you start slowing down they already know how fast you are going. Could be wrong but thats how I look at it

I'll stick with going no more than 10 over on the roads and leave the 100+ on the backroads in SD or the track
