The box is a sub thump stealth box that will be mounted on the driver's side of the car in the very back. The only place I can really think of to mount the amp is on the rear deck. The only problem is trying to run all the cable and make them look nice and as hidden as possible....

you could mount it where your spare tire is. if u dont have ttops you could mount on the floor in the well. you could mount on the deck and cut a slit under the amp's desired location and run the wires under the amp and out to the terminals.

I was thinking about mounting where the spare tire is but I paid a lot of money for it and kinda want to show it off lol. I have t-tops and want to retain my holders. I am thinking about mounting it on the rear deck Im just afraid of seeing a big lump in the carper where the 4ga. wire is ran.

You should be ok with running it under the carpet to the slit you cut. Just be careful, your fuel tank is under there.

Yea it's either do that or get the amp rack. I like the idea of putting it on the deck..... the amp sits flush tho, there is no air space underneath it. I will have to get some sort of spacer to go underneath all 4 corners so I'll have enough room to run the power cable under it.....

Right. I usually use little plastic spacers that range in size from 1/8 to 1 1/2 inches, depending on what im doing. And i would cut a piece of wood and put that under the carpet, then when u screw your amp down, you will go into the wood and not the gas tank. the amp will be secure still, as it will be mounted through the carpet to a piece of wood that you can screw down farther to the edges of the deck.

Oh i see what you are saying, cut a piece of wood that covers the whole deck? How thick do you go?

I usually use 1/2 inch for a small rack. just dont use mdf, use like plywood, since screws can easily rip out of mdf and ur amp becomes a projectile.

Right, good point. Well My grandpa and I are going to build a rack to go on the rear deck that the amps will sit flush mount in. Should look really good when it's done. I'll posts pics when it's done
