shortage on my radio !!

shortage on my radio !! well im getting a short in the radio accessory fuse. by the drivers side.
the default fuse is 25 amp and cant even put one in without it shorting out.
as soon as the fuse touches the connection i get a spark. i get power on the radio but no audio. it worked while on my way to work. got off work and no more sound.
the cd player is not even hooked up or the speakers and i still get a shortage from fuse that goes on the fuse box numer 4 radio accy. any ideas ?
