stock headunit diagram?! Hey i was just wondering if any1 is having the wiring diagram of 1998 Z28 camaro that came with 2 subs and 4 speakers..?! its written on my head unit Delco electronics so is that a monsoon or wt exactly? am willing to change to after market headunit i knw its better to re wire it but i wanna give it a shot...thx

will it 100% function with an aftermarket head? My 1998 radio did not say Monsoon but it was, I heard the early models did not all have the logo on them. You need to look in the back by your spare tire to see if you have an amp.

It's much easier to check the option sticker on the door. Look for option code UZ7 to confirm a Monsoon system (Camaro coupe only).
Then read the Monsoon FAQ for more information about the system and what you can do to upgrade it.

will it 100% function with an aftermarket head?if it says monsoon on on the headunit then thats one clue. if it has 6 speakers its a monsoon. (4 inch speakers in the far back give it away) hope that helps`
