Permanent solution to our police problem? So I was thinking today, how would you be able to get away from a police officer, without having to run like hell or anything dangerous like that...
and it hit me, what about creating a directional EMP device?
Now, this is all theoretical, probably really illegal if implemented, so I figured I'd ask the forum, maybe someone has experience or knowledge of the area...
What would you have to do to go about creating such a device?

Next, realize that doing this is a felony that will get you a free 10 year vacation stay with free butt slamming massages at Club Fed.
