Default Double Din TV/DVD IN 4TH Generation Fbody

would a double din tv/dvd player fit in a 93-02 Fbody without any modifications to the dash?

wont work without mods. 6LE has a few double din bezel options for you: http://6litereaterdesigns.com/store/...hp?cPath=22_71

all you have to do is cut the tray underneith and shave the little slots on the top of the opening in the dash. it is not visable when the radio is in. i dont have any pictures of my dash but you can probably find some on here

I don't have the links handy but if you do a search on "double DIN" you'll find several threads about installation that include photos. You generally have to remove the rear support tab at the back of the tray and do a little trimming of the tray edges but no major modifications are necessary (other than the bezel) and the factory radio will still go right back in if you sell.

I did not cut anything for my radio. It just went in.
