Default Turn signals blink very slow

I have a '93 Firebird Formula and my turn signals blink and work, all bulbs light up, but they blink very slow, like half the speed of normal blinkers. Any ideas why I am having this problem. I already checked the blinker fluid Thanks

If it happens the same on both sides then it is likely the flasher. You can pick up a replacement 2-prong flasher at any auto parts store or even WalMart for just a few dollars.

I had the same problem. Bought a new flasher and that solved it.
