No its a Seimans. I bought it a few years ago before the Dorman motors were known.

After messing with the Siemens motors, I went to an aftermarket motor/regulator combo, which ended up being worse. I've just gone to the Dormans and after one year, they are still going strong just like the car did when it was new from the factory. Hopefully they will hold up.

you were exactly correct! Took the ebay window motor apart, to do the resistor mode. To find the armature, totally cooked! The winds on the motor, came apart and completely frozed the motor. Then started melting the end cap. Was better off buying from local auto part store, with warranty. Next will try using the guts and end cap, from old motor. With case and magnets, from ebay motor.

nothing was bent. The wires that wrap around the shaft, of the electric motor. Were not wound, tight enough. So when the motor was turning, it eventually jammed the motor frozen and pressing the button to go up and down, on a frozen motor, just cooked the plastic parts inside!
