Default HID KIT installed, driver side doesnt work

hey, i installed the Xenetec HID kit and my driver side low beam doesnt work. i swapped bulbs and balasts even got a new Balast and still doesnt work. checked all the connections everything looks good. need ideas on what to check next. all the balasts work as well as the bulbs. seems like the connection to the balast isnt working.

so , you tried:
Just the bulb from passenger side to driver side- didn't work
Ballast and bulb from passenger side driver side- didn't work
New Ballast and bulb - didn't work

Does the originial driver side ballast & bulb work on the passenger side?
What about the new ballast , does it work on passenger side?

Does a regular halogen bulb work on driver side?

yess everything works on the passenger side when i was swapping out. so i know all the equipment work. but when i put it on the drivers side it doesnt.

as far as regular halogen i was actually thinking about picking one up to c along with some bulb grease to c if might b bad connection. I even hooked up to the hi beams to c if it would work on the drivers side and it didnt. i didnt check if both regular high beams work. for ***** and giggles i hooked up the balast and bulb to the highbeam on the driver side and it didnt work. so i'll check to c if the high beam on the driver side work.

Before you buy a new halogen bulb to test driver side lo beam socket, try the one form pass side.

I'm sure you already have halogen bulbs in Hi Beam.

Turn your hi beams on, if driver side doesn't come on but passenger does then somethings wrong with the driver side harness and or sockets.

If the driver & passenger side hi beam does come on then your driver lo beam socket might be bad.
Check if they are burnt out.

Just trying to use simple process of elimination.
