Ok, ill attach a picture at the bottom of what im looking at but the light bulb that lights up the digital clock went out so i am trying to fix it. I cant seem to get any bulbs to light up off of it though. I have tried a 13.5V 1.2W and a 13.5V 2.3W. neither light up. i checked for voltage at the solder points and got around 12V. I then wired the bulbs up to just the main connector going into the cd player and both bulbs work fine, also getting 12V there as well. What am i missing? Lastly, both factory and my attempt at replacements have been bulbs NOT LED's
Dont mind the two wires i soldered in. i was trying everything possible. but where they are soldered in at is where the factory bulb socket twists in.

ok, finally went to radio shack and bought up a few led's in different types. picked one out that i liked the best and soldered it in. ALSO, there were some open spaces in the reflector housing, so i super glued tinfoil over the holes, which helped the lighting out also.
