The aftermarket alarm with remote start on my wifes trailblazer is acting up and was hoping someone would be able to steer me in the right direction. The alarm is probably been in there for 8 or 9 years without issue and is now having problems disarming. I cleaned the contacts on both remotes and installed new batteries but the strange thing about it is that the alarm will arm and the remote start will work everytime but the disarm is very hit or miss if it works at all. The light on the remote lights and to me it seems like the alarm isnt receiving the signal or something. Is there a way to resync an aftermarket alarm or do i need an upgrade, Any Ideas please let me know
