I am going to be adding a 100watt amp in the back of my car. This will be powering a single 10" sub.

Is there a power wire in the back of the car that I can "tap" into and would support 100W?

Will the CD changer power wire support 100w?

I really don't want to run an additional wire from the engine bay to the rear of the car.

Unless u want burn some wires go for it. Go to a music shop ask for a 8gauge kit. There about 15 bucks with everything u need
