Default GM9-AUX - Connection Question

The GM9-AUX has three connectors. One white; two black. They way I understand it only one of them (black) is used and it is connected to the head unit where the CD changer would normally be connected.

The other two connectors on the GM9 remain unused - correct?

I do not have a factory CD changer.

One connector is a pass-through for the CD-Changer and even though you don't have a factory CD-Changer, the cable for it is plugged into the stock headunit. Its just that the other end of the cable (in the trunk) isn't connected to anything.
