Default SiriusXM not as loud as Bluetooth or USB.. signal strength is high

I have the Kenwood X998 with SXV300V1 adapter. SiriusXM volume is much lower than USB or Bluetooth. The headunit shows the SiriusXM signal strength as high, but I still have to turn the volume up much more than I do with a USB connection or Bluetooth connection, which ends up making the SiriusXM distorted.
Is there a setting that can be modified to bring the SiriusXM volume up?

When you are on satellite, go to your audio options. There should be a setting called Volume offset or something like that. I think you can turn it up there.

I believe on those radios the audio setting are source independent, so changes to one source don't effect another source.

Try that, see if it works for you.
