Dynamat and bubbling?

Dynamat and bubbling? I’m not sure if this is more of a Paint/Body question, but I figured somebody here may have insight:
We’re all familiar with the bubbling roofs due to adhesive working it’s way through the fiberglass roofs that weren’t primed from the factory:
But will the adhesive in Dynamat, or the like, work it’s way through a fiberglass door at all?

The issue wasn't that the panels were bonded together, but that they were primed with the wrong primer while being bonded. I would think that panels that haven't bubbled yet (excluding 99+ sail panels) won't be bubbling due to the adhesive issue and adding other pieces shouldn't affect that either but you raise a point I have never thought of before!

I’m not sure if any other fiberglass panels are missing the correct primer, or if the adhesive in dynamat is anything similar to the adhesive used to secure the hardtop panel on.
