Replaced Steering Wheel - No Horn
Replaced with my 4th Gen F-Body Steering wheel with a C6 Steering Wheel.
Soldered the 4th Gen F-Body spring horn connector onto the C6 horn wire and connected into the slot in the Clock Spring
When pairing a multimeter from the red lead coming from the red springed horn wire from the Clock Spring to the bare metal on the steering wheel, I get 12v when means the red lead is hot. I don't get a toot of the horn however.
When pressing the horn, nothing happens.
When using the key-fob to test the panic button, the horn alarms and sounds meaning the horn is working (I'm assuming fuse and relay too)
The Clock Spring wire is NOT connected to the car, but should this matter? the horn seemingly already has a ground.
Any idea?

I figured it out. The C6 horn for whatever reason isn't depressing far enough to ground to the chassis of the steering wheel thus no ground. I intentionally shorted the positive hot wire to the chassis on the steering wheel and the horn sounded. I'll have to see what I can do about this.
