power windows SUCK!

power windows SUCK! i've heard this is a pretty common problem for our cars, when i roll up my windows, driver or passenger they go up soooo slooooooooow. and sometimes they stop near the top. do i need new motors? can they just be cleaned somehow? and if i do replace them do they still go up real slow?

pretty typical problem on these cars, my passenger side one was just replaced about 1 month ago, and again is starting to slow to a stop when going up! but the drivers side is still fine!?!?!?!
just one of those annoying things!

I bought my replacement at Autozone, but I don't remember the price. Wasn't very expensive. Do yourself a big favor and wear gloves of some kind. Drill+fiberglass=ITCHY HANDS!

I just replaced my window motor, and the new one works much faster than the original one. Its really not to terrible of a job, just dont bust the regulator like I did 
!! I havent replaced it yet, but the regulator has these little plastic wheels on it that are aparently a bit brittle, and I chipped one. Sucks!!!
