Ground Loop isolation problem

Ground Loop isolation problem I currently have a PAC-OEM -1. I'm using the RCA outs to send signal to two amps. I have completely bypassed the factory monsoon amp and am powering trhe speakers using a four channel and mono channel amp. I keep getting a low volume whine from the speakers. I have checked the grounds and the power wires. Everything is shielded and isolated from everything else. The ground is in good contact with the chassis. I've even installed ground loop osolaters to try to correct the problem. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

It's never been a problem before. I didn't think it would pick up nosie like that. Did I mention the noise doesn't increse with the volume level. You can actually drowned it out as you turn up the volume, but I normally don't keep the stereo that loud all the time.

i had that problem with my PAC but i only needed to use a pair of RCA outputs and not both. I did notice on the output labeled rear RCA's I got a humming/buzzing noise from it but the other set were fine so I just used the ones that worked. I have no clue why the other set gave off that noise
it's probably a bad ground, meaning your ground isn't securely fastened, doesn't have a good solid connection, or the ground wire is too long/small. it's almost always a bad ground that causes the whine. i had a bad amp once too, and i bet you can imagine how upset i felt when i couldn't figure out how to stop the whine.

Like I said, I have checked the ground numerous times. I know it's grounded well. I sanded the chassis to bare medal and everything. Ran a bolt thtough it and clamped it down tight. Don't think it's the ground. Beside wouldn't the ground loop isolater get rid of that?
