electrical flutter

electrical flutter I looked around but didnt see any place to ask this. Sometimes all the lights on my 99 B4C flutter. It would make sense its a bad ground but where. When it does it, the dash flutters, the headlights, map lights, everything! Has anyone had this issue and solved it? Its a plastic/fiberglass car mainly so I'd imagine Im not alone????

Quite a few people have had this problem, and it seems to be that the factory alternators sometimes can't quite handle the load 
If it bothers you, you could purchase an alternator with higher output than the factory ones.

Hum, I really appreciate that. Im sure your 100% correct, I hope some others chime in on this. But that really may be something I didnt think of! It does seem it does it with max load on the alt. ac on, headlights on etc. I hope someone has a second opionion. But I may just try that. It annoys me to death!

Thanks ACW, I think thats it. I read the posts. Its the original alt from 99. Upon load the lights flicker. Now that I read that it makes me feel better its just not my car! I saw someone selling 160 amp and 200 amp alt for the fbody. I thinks its time to buy one!
Its not the stereo stuff. As I just bought the car and it still has the factory stereo. I own a electronics shop and tested the battery and alt voltage. It just maybe a little underrated. I have a 200 amp in my 95 Impala SS, so believe in lots of amps!
