If you win the seller sends you a link to a site where you have the opportunity to buy like 500 or so at that price. Its a scam.

Tons of people do this on ebay. Mostly with audio/video equipment. Funny thing about it is that many people don't read the auction info before bidding. Somewhat off subject: Similar, most people don't read user agreements for software or internet purchases. Most of them tell you straight up that they are going to sell you personal information for "profitable reasons".
