Head Unit Choice hey everyone i have a red trans am ws-6 with the black leather interior and i want a different head unit that would look awesome in my car your input is appreciated
Loaded question here.....what specs/features are you seeking, and how much do you want to spend! Several nice aftermarket HU's available in a variety of price ranges.
I believe Eclipse has nice "red" LED's, but it all depends on what you want.
Pioneers, Clarion, and Alpine are some easily accessable head units you can pickup. This is a very "subjective" question, but I would stay away from Panasonic - just personally speaking!

Well I sold Pioneer premier, and panasonic for 2 years at international audio n tx. I would look into a nice mid line premier deck. Still get the features you want and a kickass display. They are very user friendly and have a ton of features.
Although a lot of other companies have units that are very nice as well, im a pio premier type of guy.

I have an Alpine 9851. It looks good in the my 2000 WS6 with black interior. Good unit. This one was about $230, but you can upgrade to a better one, but there is nothing that I dont like about this one.

For that kind of dough you can get the full blown Clarion in dash DVD unit. Sound quality, build quality, yadda yadda yadda isnt as good as others but hell its a bargain if thats what you are looking for. 
I also have preimer in my truck and I'm putting one in my car. I usedto have kenwood or alpine's but since I got myfirst preimer tha't all I want anymore. I've ripped out more expensive and good hd out of my vehiceal's just to put one in. just my prefernce though.
