My buddy that I was with said I could mount like a 2ft antenna real low on the back of my car like most of the vette guys do and i coul get about a 2 mile range. I'm just as **** about my car as anybody else. But i beleive I'm going to install one. Well I guess let the flaming begin

Oh another thing that you can do with one to. Is when you go through a McDonalds drive thru when you get to the window. Keep keying the mic on a off and the automatic window will go crazy. It will just keep opening and slamming shut.

Theres no way I would put a CB antenna on my car.
Id rather have the ticket

A CB antenna doesn't have to look bad. I installed an NGP (no ground plane) antenna in place of the factory AM/FM antenna and most people can't even tell the difference.

(hard to see but the antenna ends at the top of the picture - it's about the same height as the AM/FM antenna)
