Generally the bigger the box means you wont have to dump as much power to get it moving the same amount because of less resistance.
What are your goals?
6.0 would be more of a SQ application and 1.5 would be mainly for SPL.
Personally I would aim for a 3 cuft each with around 800w RMS.

If you want SQ, don't get these subs, they hit hard enough to make the street rattle underneath em, but they aren't a very clean sounding sub.
If you want SQ go with something else, if you want to scare little kids as you drive by, go with the L7's
