Default Where to get HO alt?

Ive seen some people mention a HO alternator (around 150 amps?). Does it fit in the stock location and where to buy one? I have a big system going in and am going to need it. My stocker is on its way out anyways.

I'm about to replace all my speakers and put in two amps and a sub. Don't know if my stock alternator can handle that or if I need to upgrade.

The alt I am using is from http://www.excessiveamperage.com/
A very good 22A alt for a good price.
