sequential tails
Here is a video. The ones in the video are running just a little too fast. You can get a heavy duty or electronic flasher to slow them down and make the sequencing more obvious.

There are two modules in the kit (one for each side). Each has an input wire and three output wires for the three bulbs. You will need to replace the bulb and socket of the outboard running light with a dual filament one available from most parts stores. Just connect the input wire to the turn/brake wire and the output wires to each of the three sockets.
By default the modules will sequence the lights once and then go solid when you step on the brake. To avoid this you need to connect the designated wire from each module to the turn signal indicator wire for each side. This is not particularly difficult but involves running two wires from the taillights up to the dash for the connection.
You can connect to the turn signal wires behind the dash above the steering column (that's the way they describe in the installation instructions). But I found it easier to get the two turn signal wires at the DRL module behind the radio. It's just easier to reach and doesn't involve lying upside down under the dash.
