Shift light problems....HELP!!!

hey guys i just installed my raptor shift light using this link as a guide

afterwards i went to start up my car and it just clicks alot..but doesnt start. My headlights even popped up when i didnt tell them to. Another thing that i noticed was that the brake pedal was getting more and more firm.......please help me asap. Im just praying that i didnt mess up my pcm.

okay and another thing i just noticed is that when i lock the doors with keyless entry the horn is quieter than before....

would that cause all the weird things to happen? cuz i also had the light problem and the horn worked fine when i pushed the steering wheel.....it was only quite when i used keyless entry. i sure hope its just my battery. I need a new alternator so that is a good possibility i just didnt think it would cause all that other weird stuff to happen.

its because the pin out and engine speed wire is different between the 99 f-bod used on install university then yours.
