Default help with window motor?

I have the new motor in the passenger side, what a bitch it was!!! Now the new motor will not work either. For a split second it moved at first, and now it is not moving at all. The wiring harness is getting power, i checked. I hooked it back up to the old motor, that motor is still dead too. Is there some stupid little thing that i'm not doing? The instructions that came with it are not the greatest in the world. Any help at all is greatly appreciated!!!!

I need to replace mine in the SS but I don't want factory crap ones. I hear Autozone has them, are they better then the OEM ones? We used to have Cobras and those window flew up and down. Any suggestions?

I had mine done by a local mechanic for $180 after a friend who works at a dealership told me to not even attempt the install. It is worth paying someone to do it. Now, I need to have the PASSENGER window done also.
