Re: Considering Sony Amp For the price of the 2 sonys you could get a much better amp in a JL or Pheonix that would sound much better. Beside the sony amp in fine print says that it only puts out 150x2 for the 760 watt amp. At the shop I worked at we replaced one of those amps that was trying to run 2 12s with the 250/1 JL Audio amp and I can honestly say it hit at least 3 times harder with every thing else the same.

Re: Considering Sony Amp SONY SONY SONY go sony man... i had it my old car for 2 years, no problems, never heated up (once we did a 5 hour trip n it was still hitting good)
Just installed my new system in my car this week, finished the install today. Sony 760 (paid $129 at circuit city) n i'm running 2 12's Sony 900Watt max. I went w/ sony cuz i had one b4 and it went w/ my colors of the car <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />
