Default Turn Signals don't work, experts on this inside please...:)

Well the bulbs aren't burnt out...

The hazards flash, but when I try and put the left or right turn signal on the light will stay stuck on, this slowly but surely turned into this problem.

The turn signals got real slow sometimes, and studdered, and what not, and now they just stay stuck on..

I really don't want to go to the dealerhship to have this fixed, if its something I can fix by myself I would rather have it that way...

sounds like it could be your flasher fuse. Check that. I have no idea which one it is but as far as I know it will be the largest one. I could be wrong. I havent had to do this on my car yet. Call the parts dept and see if they can give you a part number for the signal flasher fuse. cant be more than a couple bucks

Would that be on the panel inside the car, or would it be in the ones under the hood...

Anyone know which one it is?

I'm having a problem with turn signals myself. My truck has custom led tail lights(not just the bulb but a custom strip of led's in the rollpan, the stock tail lights have been shaved). My problem is when I use the turn signal it blinks fast like the import cars(or when a bulb is out). All of the bulbs are good and I'm wondering if the blinker is too weak for the load that is being put on it? I may have to buy one of those adjustable 'import' blinkers and choose the slowest setting possible to give me the stock sequence again.

I have the same problem and i noticed duke's car does the same thing. I was told that it was the flasher unit, so i went to autozone and picked one up for $2. I was told it was located under the dash to the right of the steering column, but i can't find where the damn thing is. I hope that helped.

If the newer camaros are like the 96-97 then I would assume its one of the flashers, They have two. One for the hazards and one for the turn signals.( I had the same problem)
I founf a picture on shoebox's website, hope it helps.
