Radio is going crazy
More details. Is this with the car running, just on battery??? What. I have seen a jacked battery cause some really weird things. My buddies cars radio ejected the CD when he hit the horn. (NO ****, Dead Serious). He found his battery internally shorted. Just my .02

My does the same thing, not even when hitting bumps or anything, just out of the random... I thought it was some kind of timer but its not, the headunit (Pioneer) somehow loses and regains power (at the wire side)...
Next time your radio shuts off for a minute or so, try rolling down your windows. If the windows dont work either while the radio is off, its your RAP system (retained accesory) part of the BCM. Ive been having the same problem, but usually when its hot outside more often. The RAP system keeps your radio and windows functional when you take the keys out of the ignition for 10 minutes and/or when you open your door. People have been having problems with it, but I dont know how to fix it myself personally, besides replacing the BCM I guess with a new one..

my first thought was the RAP system, but you said windows still work. It could possibly be a bad ground, or something to do with the power. Pull the radio out, and probe the wires to see if you are getting anything power to them.
