Default I released my gremlins

When I got my Hawk, it had this ugly set of HID foglights in the holes under the driving lights, well Saturday I removed them to find they were wired into the harness in some way I dont know. Since then, my ABS INOP light is on, my TCS does not work, the BRAKE light stays on, I have a SERVICE VEHICLE light on, and my headlights pop up and down when I arm and disarm the alarm. They also come up when I turn the headlight switch to the 1st click. Has anyone seen this before?

If I remember correctly, that means the gear is stripped in the headlight motor...

That's what it was when that happened to me anyway.

Then why would it only do it when its pulling the light down, and for about 10 seconds after the light is down? And the lights also come up when I click the switch to the first position, and when the alarm is arming and disarming. Its an electrical issue. Of course, Im sure its stripped by now.

Mine did the same thing, I just un hooked my motor shaft on the one headlight motor and rotated the gear 180degrees and re connected it. Since the headlight only uses half of the gear, Im good for another 150k miles

No, you will find it's not an electrical issue. The gear in one or both of your motors are stripped. When you arm the alarm system, it flashes the parking lights but it also checks that the headlights are down. It does this by measuring the resistance from the motor. When the gears are stripped it can't get an accurate reading so it opens and closes the headlights to make sure they're closed.
