shift light?

shift light?

hey guys i recently bought a proform shift light and i have everything hooked up right i have the green wire hooked to pin 10 which is a white wire and i have good ground and power...when i first turn the key to on the light blinks so thats a good sign but when i test the rpms to see if the light will come on it wont so i dont know what is going on any help let me know thanks.

Setup the shiftlight to run for a 4 cylinder, you should be good to go.

I to have the same tach mine has a mind of its own i have tried different modes and even wired resistors inline so i just mounted a toggle switch on it, and mounted them in the middle vent looks and works great there, good luck post pics!

hey i dont really understand "set it up like a 4 cylinder can anyone give me some details to what i am looking for hahaha there are so many wires in the PCM thanks a lot guys.

There should be instructions with your SHIFT LIGHT on how to set it up to run on a 4 cylinder, which is what you need to do. It has nothing to do with your PCM.

Dude.. don't even have the light and it took me 30 seconds to find it on Google... laziness

Clip the orange and brown wire loops to run in 4 cylinder mode
