Default Driver Side headlight ??? not the usual? either

Ok so this is the deal, the driverside headlight is not getting power thus it wont go up or down when the lights are turned on. the lights go on but the motor doesn't work. the fuse is good and is getting power but the motor itself is not. i tested it with a meater in the wires that go into the motor and i got nothing. so the question is...
does anybody have a diagram or the wireing so i know were the wires go from out of the fuse box to whatever b4 the motor because they change colors??? and also has anybodyelse had this problem b4 or am i the lucky one???

thanks for reading any help would be great and have a nice day.

You say the fuse is good - which fuse did you check? There are individual left and right headlight door fuses in junction box #1 under the hood on the left fender well. Did you test or replace the fuse, or just inspect it? Often a fuse will look fine but actually be blown.

The fuse is the most likely problem but if that isn't it you'll have to test at the headlamp door control module. The module is under the hood on the left fender well next to junction box #2. It has two flat plugs - one with five wires and one with four wires. The four wire connnector contains the output from the module to the headlight motors - light green and dark green for the left side, and light blue and dark blue for the right side. These wires handle power and ground for the motors and reverse their polarity to open or close the headlights. The other connector has the two orange power feeds from the fuses, a black wire for ground, a yellow wire for headlight on input, and a brown wire for parking light on input.

Id go with your motor being out on the light, switch the motors from your left headlight to the right and see if it works

That would be an amazing coincidence - to have the motor burned out at the same time that he's not getting power through the wires (he said he tested for power at the motor and got none).

thanks for this info i figured that the "module" things had something to do with it. i guess i will start messing with that. i will start to test wires and see which one is bad or something. THANKS again for the help if i need any more or find the problem i will be sure to post about it.

WhiteBird00 THANKS SO MUCH FOR THE LAYOUT OF THE WIRES!!!!!

i found the problem and fixed it it was at the connector thas inbetween the controle module and the moter itself. kinda like under the lights.. the pins for the motor wires were broke so i just cut the wires on both sides of the connector and spliced them together. and it works like a charm now. again a BIG thanks to you.
