The fuse is the most likely problem but if that isn't it you'll have to test at the headlamp door control module. The module is under the hood on the left fender well next to junction box #2. It has two flat plugs - one with five wires and one with four wires. The four wire connnector contains the output from the module to the headlight motors - light green and dark green for the left side, and light blue and dark blue for the right side. These wires handle power and ground for the motors and reverse their polarity to open or close the headlights. The other connector has the two orange power feeds from the fuses, a black wire for ground, a yellow wire for headlight on input, and a brown wire for parking light on input.

thanks for this info i figured that the "module" things had something to do with it. i guess i will start messing with that. i will start to test wires and see which one is bad or something. THANKS again for the help if i need any more or find the problem i will be sure to post about it.
i found the problem and fixed it it was at the connector thas inbetween the controle module and the moter itself. kinda like under the lights.. the pins for the motor wires were broke so i just cut the wires on both sides of the connector and spliced them together. and it works like a charm now. again a BIG thanks to you.
