Monsoon skips

Monsoon skips Hey guys, Im having a problem with the stock monsoon stereo skipping the burned cds ive been making. They play fine in the other car, but wont stop skipping in the 2002 camaro. Anyone have any suggestions? I was going to get a sound system, but I dont want one this soon.

Do you have skipping problems with prerecorded CDs you bought? If not then it's probably the CD-Rs you're using. Monsoon head units can be fussy about certain brands and types of CD-Rs and they won't play CD-RWs well (if at all).
