Default Voltage Needle moves a lot...

The voltage needle on my gauge cluster almost looks like it's vibrating when I'm driving. Sometimes it stays fixed, but often not. Also, when my turn signals are on the voltage needle drops with each "click" then goes back up. Is this normal or is my battery / alternator having issues? I just don't ever remember it doing it before...

Sounds like bad alternator or bad wiring/loose connections to me. Check the wiring/connections first.

get your alternator tested... go to 2 places and have it checked.. alot of the time they will say its good, but it is actually bad... discount auto, autozone, pepboys...ect.. will test it for free

Sounds like a bad voltage regulator. Which means time for a new alternator.

It could be just the guage. Their not known to be 100% accurate. Get out a meter and test it. With a load on it and without a load.

Mine was doing the same thing not too long ago. Turned out to be the alternator.

Hook up an analog voltage gauge to the cig lighter or some other source, drive around, observe. If you get similar behavior then indeed its likely the alternator, otherwise probably a bad/corroded connection. As others stated above, check your connections at the battery/alternator to ensure they are tight.

My car's been doing the same thing for 2 years now. Tested the stock alternator couple of times and always checked out good. I even decided to go with an high output alternator and it did the same thing so I sent it back for another and the problem still remained. Got a refund for the HO when it died during the stall install and put my stock one back on. I've checked everything on mine, re-wired the alternator with heavier gauge wire, heavier gauge ground, checked battery, etc. My Autometer ammeter jumps around when the car is at idle and radio all the way down too, so more than likely it's the alternator. Figured I'd just deal with it until it finally dies........still wait... lol
