Default Front Running Lights

I want to pop out my FRONT amber running lights to niteshade them but at a glance didnt really see how they come out. Will someone tell me how they come out? =-D

These are easy to remove.

1. Jack up the front end of the car.
2. Remove the 2-10 mm bolts for the DRL access door.
3. Remove the DRL socket from the bottom of the housing.
4. Remove the 2-7 mm screws that secures the housing to the bumper.
5. Remove the housing.

Be carefull when tightening the screws down. These are weak screws and can break off in the housing.

i did it on mine and im not sure if it cause it but both of them cracked right down the middle.

After you blacked em out they ended up cracking? Wonder if they get too hot or something??

i think there are 3 7mm nuts.

EDIT: Whoops, well thats how it is on my camaro. I dont know about the TA

they make blacked out inserts that just pop in over top of the fog lights and turn signals. i had them, they looked great, just not alot of light came through.

I actually ordered a set for the foglamps and runners and they wouldnt go in without like ripping all the paint off so i got mad and threw them away lol.

you can go through the top too, just remove the black pieces around the headlights, room to work, I blacked out the ones on my formula, not my Trans Am though
