Im looking to mount an ipod in my trans am and I want to see a few examples and get some ideas. Does anyone out there have any good picutes of Ipods in their car?

When I had my 97 Z28, I had the ipod "mounted" in the ash tray. You could flip the ash tray lid up and slide the ipod right in and it would hold steady. No pics though. I'm getting ready to do the same thing in my 01 WS6, so I can send some pics when thats done.....

on the ashtray or, if you dont got traction control, by the ciggarrette lighter seem to be good. . . .

Theres a new iPod player out that has a little 2" screen you can mount anywhere and a seperate controller that scrolls like an iPod... i think its only like $150 and its real easy to use. I know Best Buy sells them...

By the time I ran the wire harness from the cd changer to the center consol I didn't have much left. Mine sits in the passenger cup holder.

hp or belkin makes a cup holder one. iuse it in the swivle out cup holder and it works great.

if i had pics, theyd be pointless. Ive got the Alpine 9857 hu and my ipods tucked away in the glove compartment. if you are gonna have to leave yours out though, mikes looks best

Bluetooth iPod + Bluetooth stereo in the cobalt It could be in the trunk and still play.

I've got a Kenwood Excelon H.U. with the Ipod direct hook up. I just leave the Ipod in the glove compartment since I can control it from the head unit. Quick and easy and it even shows the song that's currently playing.
