Sub help !!!
Sub help !!! okay i put the elemental design subs in my rear seat spot, but now they arent working....if i push in on the cone just barely (like just touch it) then it will kick on and stay on but as soon as any bass stops it stops again, does anybody have any clue what this is...i want it fixed SOON

Are we talking about the eu700s in the sails? (D4 VCs wired in parallel not series, correct?)
Is this on a Caamro or Firebird?
What was the situation with the old sail speakers? ..absent/blown/not working? Are you sure the old speakers were bad and it wasn't just whatever amp is powering them (I assume monsoon?).
Just sounds like it's getting just below the "turn on" power required since the push you give it seems to be enough to make it lose it's stability... If you have a Camaro and wired the D4 VCs in series -- I could see this as a potential problem....or again, unless the amp is shot. If you have a Firebird -- you did use both pairs of wires, correct?

okay everthing but the front speakers and the rear seat speakers are factory... my car is an 01 T/A old speakers were just blown....and with wiring yes i used both pairs... and the driver side doesnt work at all and the passenger side is the one if i barely touch it comes to life....

How do you know the old ones were blown?
If everything is correct as far as wiring at the sails you put in and everything else is untouched....it may be the Monsoon amp -- though I do not believe Monsoon amp failure is particularly common..

well they worked fine when i put them in originally but they just stopped one day...and i never really noticed cause i drive the car just a few blocks to work....and it seems that when im driving in one direction and there is a certain wind it will hit it just right and keep only the passenger side sub working? so im confused with everything

and i knew the old ones were blown because the cone was basically gone in it
