Default Grr interior LED problem!

I got an interior LED kit and it took me like 2 hours just to splice the neg wire to the WHITE wire going to the BCM cause i cut it too short... which I had read SOMEWHERE would make the LEDs go on with the light/dimmer swich. But.. the damn thing ONLY lets the LED kit on when the dimmer switch is clicked up so the interior lights are always on...

I would like to see the leds on when my interior lights are OFF >.<

I have the positive wire hooked to the cig lighter power wire, and the neg to the white one that goes to the BCM. I need some help cause all that crap for nothing pissed me off.

There is no way to use the BCM to make your LEDs stay on when the interior lights are off. The BCM uses the white wire (NOT the white with black - you did get the right wire, didn't you?) to provide ground for the coutesy lights in only four situations: a door is opened, the hatch is opened, the dimmer switch is turned all the way up, or the keyless entry is used to unlock the car. There is no ground on that wire at any other time. Power for the courtesy lights comes from the dark blue with white wire at the BCM so that it can shut off after about 10 minutes to prevent battery drain.

Even with constant battery power (from the lighter) and the white wire ground connection, you will only have your LEDs on in the four situations listed above. If you want them on at other times you'll have to find a different way to connect them.

Ahh, yea I connected it to the all white wire. I can live without it being turned on when the door is opened etc, I just want to use it normally with the remote they give. All I have to do is find another negative wire that I could splice the - side of it to. What should I do?

The negative side can be connected to any good chassis ground. You could use the ground wire at the lighter or perhaps the dash ground stud behind the right kick panel. However, with the constant (battery) power from the lighter and a constant ground, the lights will be on all the time unless you have some other way of turning them off and on.
