Looks Good.
Nice and stealthy.

But I hope you have fans tunneling air through there or you'll have some heat issues.

Can anyone still sit in that seat?

Yes the seat is still fully functional. I switched the soft stock foam with some denser foam to compensate for the difference.

I have holes drilled under the amp where the fan outlets are, also the amp has side vents.

But it vents into the dense foam?
That's not going to give any airflow.

It vents into a fiberglass shell that I made in order to keep the shape of the foam. So its like I cut the space out of the old foam, fiberglassed the space, then removed foam and replaced with new foam. Plus all the wires run underneath also. There is a good 1/2 inch of space under.

I thought the seatbelts in the back were just for strapping in groceries (or little people you really don't like).

Very nice job - as long as you don't have heat problems, it's quite the unique setup.

Blowing fuses sucks.

I've considered this install in the past. My thought is that I could drop the seat while I was driving to keep it cool and put it back when I parked anywhere I was worried about it showing. I don't even have my back seats in the car, but it seems like I have people sitting back there more often than when there were actual seats. When you tell someone you don't have back seats it suddenly becomes a challenge to sit there....

Looks nice. I hope you can find the wire that is causing the blown fuses. It could be something as stupid as one strand off a ground wire is floating near the power wire. Disconnect everything and plug it back in one at a time.

As long as the wiring/ charging system are up to par & the equipment is efficient, everything should be fine as far as getting too hot. I did something similar to what you did 5 years ago. The difference is, it is completely enclosed. That's 5 years of trouble free rocking. Once on a drive from Dallas to destin, fl, somewhere around the 6th hour of non-stop loud to damn loud operation; One of the amps started putting out a light fuzz sound. I turned my stereo to a low volume for an hour, back to loud with no problems. Either way, I don't consider it a problem since I don't do a whole lot of 6 hour drives. Anway, Good job on the setup! & good luck getting the gremilns out. oh, & pics of my setup in the sig.

The foam is underneath a layer of fiberglass which is under a layer of wood.
