FACTORY replacements for sail panel OK guys, For those of you who know Image dynamics, I have a couple sets NEW IN BOX of midbass speakers for sale. They are model CX-64, 4 ohm, 91 db sensitivity speakers with HUGE magnets. 6.5" speakers roughly go for 229$ alone, or 400$ along with a set of crossovers and tweeters. Im selling JUST the midbass. 90$ SHIPPED

Ok someone pmed me with questions on whether or not it will work for firebirds and transams. It will, but firebirds have 2 sets of speaker wires in the sail panels. look at the sticky up top to figure out which 2 wires to hook up. For camaros, there is simply just a + and a -.

You can do the opposite - install Firebird subs in a Camaro - you can always go higher impedance without damage (just reduced power output) because the higher impedance reduces current rather than increasing it.

they will fit. I have some kickers with similar magnets. They would benefit from more power, but with a sensitivity of 91 db at reference power, they still make a great replacement for sail panel speakers.

Sorry If I came off as trying to steal all your business from you, as you are a sponsor, I am just trying to unload the few sets I have left at a great price for ls1tech members.
HUH??!! Not at all...that's not why I posted that!! I was trying to help you sell em. Like I said..they are very nice!!! Read closely..."(not my listing)" right in that same post. Translated that means that is NOT my speaker for sale. I saw the picture that had the back of the speaker shown. I don't sell used equipment. Porksoda asked if they needed a spacer and I found a picture that showed the back of them. Frankly I couldn't tell if they did or not and couldn't find anything about the depth to verify...just a picture on ebay that someone had.
