Default 15" subs

im looking for good 15's that hit hard at a decent price for my friends jeep. what are some brands to look for (never bought a 15 only 12's)

I have the Interfire Pro-V15 15" subwoofer. It is 1000watts rms/2000watts peak, 25mm of Xmax. Here's what it looks like:

i loved the jl w3 15's, i've got three of them sitting in my closest that i pulled out of my truck after only 3 months of playing, if interested let me know.

Some peoples opinions are based on fact though just like in the performance section. At least from what I've seen posted here so far. There are proven combinations of things that work and things that don't work just like in the performance section. There are several people on this forum that know what they are talking about and give good advice on products they use or have heard in person which I would say is more based on fact than opinions. So when it comes to opinions coming from certain people here you can bet it is good advice. Just like in the performance forums.

JBL makes a great sub as well! As stated ^^^ a budget helps to determine alot! The ones I posted are in the less expensive range but a quality 15" sub is not cheap.

Exactly, basically you get what you pay for.
Good, clean, hard hitting sub = $$$$$ + $$$$$ for the amp, a speaker is only as good as the amp(aka the signal it receives)

well he ordered audiobahn 15's mortal's or something like that. thanx for the help guys. btw the amps are PowerAcoustik A3000DB 3000 Watts Class D Series Amplifier. i dont know how he bought them ( i think he got money from his parents)
