Default Aftermarket to stock
The guy before me had a set of subs and an aftermarket amp installed so now I want to hook up my stock amp to my aftermarket head unit and I have no clue how to go about doing it. I really need some help because not having any bass at all is killing me.

The stock amp is still there, along with all the stock wiring, but he had an aftermarket amp hooked up and I am not sure how I need to go about finding how the stock amp was unhooked and how it should be hooked back up

Since the stock wiring is all there, you just need to connect the speaker wires to the radio. But first make sure that the speakers in the doors and in the rear quarter panels are all connected to the stock wiring which comes from the stock amp.

All the speakers work though, just no bass, and I've tried 2 different amps, is there another connection or is there some place that the stock amp would be disconnected to hook the aftermarket amp?

Well it turns out then in the time it took me to go pick up the Camaro off the lot somebody claimed my back speakers for themselves. What do you guys suggest as replacements?

I searched, but couldn't find out exactly what they were, people said they had some to sell but didn't say what size they were. I thought they were 6x9 ovals, but the book I looked in said they were 6.5" - 6.75" round. I don't want to take of the side plastic to look, put it back on, then take it right back off when I get the speakers. That is why I was asking what direct replacement speakers would you recommend

The fronts and sail panels are all 6.5" oversized (AKA 6.75"). Direct replacement speakers would mean coaxials because you'll need to find a place to mount the tweeter otherwise.

If you want cheap, hop on Ebay and get some MB Quarts, else get some Alpine or Pioneer 2-ways (NOT 3/4/5 ways) from your local big box store.
