It will, but you'll need the CD-IU50 cable to connect it.

Afaik, the USB cable that comes with it will only work with memorysticks/etc.
The iPod (apparently, according to Pioneers website) needs to be connected to the IP-Bus using the CD-UI50 cable.

My DEH-P600UB doesn't need the CD-IU50 cable though, and the iPhone works through the standard USB interface on the HU...

So wait, you have the same HU as I and it works with the USB that came with it? As for the IP-Bus can I get that at an Apple Store or maybe Bestbuy or Circuit City?

he doesn't have the same HU as you. he has the DEH-P600UB and you have the DEH-P6900UB.....unless there's just a typo in his or your posts.

Oh I thought it was the P600UB, nevermind. But I do have the 6900, anyways all I would need to buy is the CD-IU50 cable to connect to the USB cord on the HU unit for it to work with my iPhone right?

I have the same unit of you : DEH-P6900UB

I tri to connect the unit with my iPhone 3GS but this dont work when i connect the original iphone usb cable with the usb of the unit.

I think that the CD-IU50 is the same cable than original iPhone usb cable...?

The cable : CD-IB100II maybe can work.

Do you find a solution at your problem?
